Change email address for notifications

    Hi there,

    I would like to change the email address for receiving notifications when someone completes a form.

    For some reason they are currently going to tom@yourfleetmedia.com (even though the registered email for the account is info@youfleetmedia.com).

    However, I would like them to go to service@yourfleetmedia.com.

    Could you please either update for me, or let me know how I can do it myself.

    You can setup Email Notification and Autoresponder by following the guidelines provided at https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

    Under the  Recipients Tab you can define the recipient email address(es) for where you want to receive an emailed notification about a new submission from your form. You can also set the Sender Name and Reply-To Email.
