I have been trying for the last couple of days to integrate mailchimp, so that once someone fills out the Jotform they receive a welcome email.
On my jotform settings it says I am integrated with mailchimp. I have followed instructions on multiple threads. I have tried resetting the API key in mailchimp and re-integrating it and still no welcome email.
Mailchimp is collecting the details from the person who fills out the jotform, so it seems it has integrated but no welcome email just a email from jotform showing what they filled out.

According to this article, the Final Welcome Emails are being sent to the Double Opt-in subscribers only. It means that you will need to enable the 'Send Opt-in Email' option at JotForm MailChimp integration.
