Thanks for your reply yesterday. The jot forms were back to normal after I sent you the email but are down again today. We are losting a lot of registration and my boss is killing me. Please help to solve the problem and make it more stable.

Anyhow, based on how I am observing your situation, I believe that this may be an issue which may be regional, meaning -- it is by accessing jotform.me domain from your country is the one that is probably the problem. Since you are able to start a new thread and so to shed more light on this case, can you tell us if you are having issues when visiting the form using this link:
The difference here is that this domain uses .com, while your actual form uses .me domain.
