I stopped receiving email notifications for some reason

    For some reason, the email notifications stopped working for the Biller Daily Report. Can you please review and troubleshoot.

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused, none of the emails in your form notification are in the bounce list. I cloned your form and tested it and I was able to receive notifications without issues. 

    Please note that you have conditions set on your notifications, so emails will only be sent if these conditions are met, I also noticed that the Billing Specialist field is not required, so you can still submit the form without selecting any, and therefore no notification will be sent. 

    I would suggest re-configuring your notifications, and make sure that a value is selected for Billing specialist, if the issue still persists, please get back to us so we can assist you further.
