Not receiving emails

    Hi,

     

    Were not receiving emails and as per checking, the email is not on the bounce list, please help. Thanks

    Hi,

    I have checked your email address and found it in our bounce list. Because of this reason, you couldn't receive any notification from us. You can see its reason from the screenshot:

    I have removed your email address from the bounce list. If you encounter any problem again, please let us know. 

    There are several reasons why your email address is bouncing but usually, the reason is email service provider.

    An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.

    If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.
