Is there any way to put a filter on an Excel format report?

I just want to see activity for the "last x days". I can do this in the Visual Report Builder. How to do it for the Excel report?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to do that in the excel reports. You can export your submissions into an excel file and perform filters and calculations on it just like any normal excel sheet. Here's how to export your submissions into excel:
