Does a school need more than one jotform account?

I launched Jotform at our school last year.  Now our technology department seems to have enrolled in jotform as well.  Can't I just add the tech person as a user on my account?  Won't they be able to create forms themselves and monitor them as a user on the account I initiated?

We're a school and I just don't think we need to have two subscription accounts.
