Fill Mask Validation option for Dynamic Textbox

Estou usando a ferramenta "Dynamic Textbox" e gostaria de aplicar uma "Fill Mask Validation" do tipo "###-##-####-###-#" como fazer isso?

Sorry for this but the "Fill Mask Validation" option is just available for "Short Text Entry" field. I'm afraid what you are looking for cannot be achieved with CSS, so this can only be achieved with the widgets that have been purposely built to have such functionality - such as the Masked Input widget.

What my colleague suggested is to try using several Masked Input widgets instead of a single Multiple Text Fields widget. Each Masked Input widget will have the ability to mask the input in the format you desire, and if you want to receive multiple such entries on your form, you'd need to use multiple Masked Input widgets.
