How does a client receive my questionaire?

I have created a Senior Portrait Questionnaire...how do I get that to a client to fill out? Can I email the link to the client, or do I need to imbed the questionnaire in my website?

You can do both, you can just send the link to the standalone version of your form, you can find the link to your from from Publish tab in your form builder:
