How to add a feedback form to Wix website?

Hello Matthew.  Simply follow the same instructions on the user guide and place the feedback form code there.

You can get the feedback form code by doing the following steps:

1. Edit your form
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click on Feedback to get the feedback form code

4. Copy the code given on the wizard

Once you have the code, do the same steps on inserting the code to your wix site.
