When I click "MY FORMS", the site is shown in Spanish. How can I avoid this happen?

You can change the language interface of the website in the Account Settings. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
Just click the "Edit" text link and choose your language. Click the "Save" button when you're done.
