    Hi

I've not used Jotform for quite sometime. I tried logging in to Jot Forms for forms used in 3 websites (www.swornvaluer.com.au  www.askthevaluer.com.au  and www.melbourne-valuer.com.au ) to do some editing but got an error message instead (username and password error).

Has this got anything to do with Jotform being down earlier in the year?  And all previous login info being changed??

    Please help.

Hello.  As this case is just similar to the other thread (except for the details), I suggest to follow the instructions that I provided there.

Please do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

But you did something after which I could login to Jotform for my other site www.val*******t.com.**  Could you do the same thing so that I can login to my other Jotforms in these other websites?

    Hello.

What my colleague found was that the email address of your other account was in the bounce list.  As I have checked your accounts sworvalu11, askvaluer11, and melbvalu11, the email addresses associated to these accounts are not in the email bounce list.  You should be able to login to these accounts if you the proper passwords for it.

If you're still not able to login with the correct password, can you tell us the error message that appears?

Please do let us know if you need further assistance.
