    Replacing Paypal with Authorize.net

Asked by artrain on April 27, 2017 at 11:54 AM

    Hello!

We have two forms running that use Paypal but our orgs just started using Authorize.net.  How can I change the payment methods on those forms?  I'm having a hard time figuring that out.

    Thanks!

To change the payment method in the form, delete the current payment field and add in the payment field for the new payment processor.  Products and such will automatically be saved and imported to the new field.

    New response received
    Hi!
Thanks for the response. I’m having trouble learning how to ‘delete’ the
payment. I can edit the payment, but I can’t delete it. Since there are
multiple fields dedicated to getting the payment information, I’m unable to
    tell which one to delete.
Can you give me a screen shot or a little more info?

While editing your form, click on the PayPal field:

Delete that field and replace it with an Authorize.net field.  You may need to set the new field up with the same settings as the PayPal field.
