Why my email is in the bounce list? I have removed it many times but on the next day it is in the bounce list again.

Generally, the email addresses are added to the bounce list when the emails sent are failed to deliver repeatedly due to any reason. I have checked your email address now and it is not listed in the bounce list. You may consider adding the JotForm email/IP addresses to the whitelist in your email account to see if that helps.
If you notice the email address in the bounce list again, please let us know here before you remove it from the bounce list so that we can check what is causing the issue.
