Could we increase our limits or reset them for this month without upgrading?

One of our staff used Jotform for a giveaway and didn't realize not to and it put us over our limit.  I have upgraded to the next level at $19 per month but didn't realize we were at 1095 submissions - I don't want to have to pay the $39 per month - can you help and give us this month for th $19 since we inadvertently used the system.  thanks so much.

Unfortunately, we cannot increase the limits or reset them, if you would like to get more submissions and still keep your current subscription, you could complete some tasks under the Get More section on your account, this way you will get some submissions permanently and just for completing the tasks.
