    File uploads are showing 404 file not found error

    Attachment links are not working in the submissions.  I have tested all of the submissions and they all are now experiencing issues that were not present before.

     

    We are in the middle of a critical review and this has caused a major setback. Please advise ASAP.

     

    These are just samples of the links that do not work - NONE of them are working.

    I checked directly from the account that has the forms and I am able to access the files from there.  I also checked from your account and the files were accessible from yours.

    Here is the correct URL for the file you referenced:

    https://www.jotform.com/uploads/DSTHQ/62856107844967/3673072503418127751/Pro-B.docx

    It seems you are trying to access the files from the incorrect account.  There is no user NNC2015 which is what is referenced in your URL:

    https://www.jotform.com/uploads/NNC2015/62856107844967/3673072503418127751/Pro-B.docx

    Try viewing the files directly from your JotForm account:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

    Thank you so much. I spoke with our Technology Department, and they were not aware that changing the username information would affect the links.

     

    I am re-downloading the submissions with the correct URL's included. Thank you.
