I have a large form with many question. All of them have a conditional question text field. I want to be able to print/submit print just the

question that have a conditional question and the text of the conditional question.  Can this be done?

Did you mean you want to print the form using the Print Button beside the Submit button on your form? If so, using this print button will print all the fields, texts and even the page breaks that are in the form. However, for the Check in Dropdown Widget, only the selected answer will be printed.

 

If you want, you can print the PDF version of the form where you can choose to not include the page breaks. But the widget will not appear on the PDF version, so it is better to use regular fields instead. Here's a guide on How to Create a PDF Form.

print only the questions that have "punch item" as well as the associated
"punch needed" text box response? Can this be done somehow?

Not really sure what you mean by "punch item" or "punch needed". If you are looking to print the submissions with headers and text, please enable the option in the submissions view page: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF
