How can we reactive this account?

    This account was canceled without our authorization.  We need to have this account reactive and also know what the fees would be?

    Can you please confirm if you were referring to the JotForm account/username  chuckali

    There was a request last month from the user for cancellation of the subscription and refund of the last payment. This was the reason the account was now in FREE plan.
