Limit access to form to only specific Google email ids?

    Hi

    1. Is there a possibility to have only specific google email ids (gmail and G Apps) to access my form ? 

    2. How can i include a passcode / short text which is like a password, when typed, it shows like stars or black dots but is actually a keyword used by select person. 

     

    I have had assistance on point 2 from your team earlier but unable to locate that post.

    Hi,

    For question #1, I'm not sure what you meant here, how does the specific Gmail will access your form? The forms can be shared by giving your users the link to it. Or you can embed the form on a website that has restrictions. 

    You can also use conditional logic to somehow limit your audience by showing/hiding specific sections of your forms depending on what they input, you can check the conditional logic feature here: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic.
