I have been trying to find out about using custom fonts on your forms but the forum posts seem to be posted in 2011. Can we use custom fonts?

    There are a number of ways to use custom fonts here in JotForm. The one you found may still apply but with using a different interface now since we are now using a newer version of the form builder.

    One method you can use as well is by using Google Fonts. Here is a guide on how to use fonts found there to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/100-How-to-Use-Google-Fonts-in-your-Form

    If you have a specific font in mind or if you need assistance, please let us know.

    Hi Liyam,
    Thanks for the quick response.
    We are wanting to use a font from fonts.com, it is on the website that we are currently working on—it is not live yet.
    We are using this in the CSS on JotForms:
    .form-label {
    font-family: "ITC Avant Garde Gothic W01 Bk","Helvetica Neue";
    }
    Unfortunately we are only getting the Helvetica Neue font.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Tim
