My submitted forms data are not making it to my outlook.com email address

Hi,
What email you'd like to change? The email you use to login to your account? If so, you can do that by going on this link:
https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/
And scroll down to find email, and click on edit to change your email address.
If you would like to change the notification email, then you can do that the quite simply as well, please follow the guide below:

If you're not receiving notification email, there's a chance that your email might be on the bounce list, please follow the guide below to check and remove yourself from the bounce list:
