    I would like to terminate our company's Jotform subscription effective March 20, 2017. The previous manager attempted to cancel but did not have a valid contact, and we have not used the services since the March 20th date. We would like to see how we could go about recouping those funds for the Month of April. Please reach out to me as soon as possible. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for the previous months. We can only make a refund for the remaining days of your last payment which you have made on Apr,19th 2017. 

    As per your request, I cancelled your subscription and made a partial refund for it.
