Google Analytics Widget [Embedded Form]: Showing JotForm as referral instead of webpage in goal completions.

All google goals are now showing as a Referal from jotform.

i am unable to see whether these leads have come from organic, Adwords, social media etc.

How do I rectify this issue?

I have just tested the Google Analytics widget and I can see it shows the domain where the form has been embedded on, for example, I embedded a sample form here: http://shots.jotform.com/kevin/Content/Samples/1131117/

Thanks for your response. This doesn't explain how to remove Jotform as the source of "referral traffic conversions" I need to know if they are organic, paid, etc. I'm beginning to believe that I may need to add a custom code to the "Submit" button and track each time the submit button is clicked as a goal? This way I can capture the source of the goal.

There seems to be a lot of questions regarding this topic, but no clear fix. May want figure out a way to resolve this issue if you want websites to continue to use your forms. Being able to measure marketing strategy is HUGE.

OK, as I can understand you have set up your goal in your GA account, I can see you already have a custom link where user's redirected after the submission which is this one: https://www.edmdept.com/rfq-submission-sent 

I'm not very familiar with GA, but as far as I can see you should have added this link as goal link, the source should be the one where you have embedded your form, for example, if you would have your form embedded on: 

domain1.com

domain2.com

domain3.com 

If the form was submitted form these 3 different domains and redirected to the goal link, then these domains should appear as source, the same as shown on my screenshot above; however, you're reporting that the JotForm domains is appearing instead of the pages where the form has been embedded. 

May we get a screenshot about the data you're receiving on your end? 

We might need to forward the thread to our second level since this may require further inspection.

Yes you are correct. I have the goal set up as https://www.edmdept.com/
rfq-submission-sent. So when this page is reached it triggers the goal.
Because the form if redirected from your site to the thank you page, your
site shows as the referral source for the goal and the data is lost as to
what traffic (organic, PPC, etc) is the real source of the goal completion.

So, because your IP address is the last it sees prior to displaying the
thank you page, Google thinks you are the source of the goal completion.

Something you could do is add a get referral widget to your form and that would list where your visitor came from such as if from a certain page of your website or if someone else had your form and referred them and so on.
