The email recipient taylormadedez***@comcast.net associated with the Page URL you provided is not in our bounce list. Upon checking it further, the email recipient is in our bounce list on (04/24/2017) but it was removed immediately. Please check the spam or junk folder. Here's the mail logs:

I also notice in the email history logs that the email recipient leslie*****office@comcast.net is in our bounce list. I have removed it immediately and should be receiving notification email properly now.

Hope that helps. Please do get back to us if you have questions. Thank you.

    Hello,

I checked your form and see that you haven't specified the sender on the notification of the form 11582049642. This may increase the possibility of the emails to enter bounce list, in other words, increase the likelihood of the emails that are sent from JotForm to be rejected by receiving servers. This kind of emails that have anonymous sender are marked as spam more easily:

    Please update this setting.

Besides all, please consider using SMTP settings to prevent bouncing issues. Please have a look at this guide and if it is possible, implement this setup:

I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.

    All the best!
