I looked over the forum and think it may be because I have a credit card area? But these are my client intake forms and I need access to my forms ASAP!!!

We can reactivate your account, but we have to take down the fields and you have to agree that you won't add the forms again. Please reply to this thread for your confirmation.
For collecting a payment at a later date, you can use our payment integrations such as Paypal and enable authorization.
