My account has been suspended!

    My username is elementalhealingcoaching  please advise. My clients are saying the link to my form is not working as well.

    Your account has been suspended since you're asking for credit card details through plain text fields on your forms, here's a screenshot of the guilty fields:

    I removed the fields from your form since it goes against our terms, instead you will need to add one of our existing payment integrations to your form if you need to ask for payment info, otherwise your account will be suspended due to violation of our terms.
