My account has been suspended!

I am not getting any responses from the other threads? It literally says "Account Suspended" when I try to log in. My username is elementalhealingcoaching. My clients are telling me when they click on the form link it says form not found. On my other computer it said something about my URL being connected to phishing content or something.
