Why do email addresses get bounced?

I have forms, when filled out, are sent to about 350 addresses.  It is imperitive that they receive these emails.  I have received notice from a few they are not receiving said emails.  How can I prevent emails going to the bounced list?

That's because our server failed to send the form email to that recipient for a few reasons. In most cases, this is because the recipient has blocked the email from Jotform. Please read this guide to know more about it:

350+ email addresses is a huge list. Why not create a distribution list to your end and add the email addresses there as the recipient? That's way more efficient than having to list down the email addresses in the form email settings. Imagine checking 300+ email addresses in our bounce checker tool (https://www.jotform.com/help/262).

Your email templates are the same, so the distribution list should work for you.
