In order to remove the JotForm branding to your form. You need to subscribe to any of our paid plans. After you subscribe, you can enable or disable it in the Account Settings page of your account. Here's how:
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
3. Remove the check on the JotForm branding.
