Form embedded on the website is not working

    i have used the form and we have uploaded on our website and its not working.

    I have tried submitting your JotForm on the web page and was able to see that the Thank you message is displayed correctly.

    Could you let us know if there is any issue when the payment option is selected and if there is any error message displayed?
