Unable to get emails

    I wasn't sure what the problem was that was causing not getting any email notification. So, I did several tests and none of them worked.

    Please change your form's URL (embedded on your page)  from

    http://form.jotform.us/jsform/21897109432154

    to

    http://www.jotform.us/jsform/21897109432154

    Also, I recommend you to modify  your email notification settings for

     Sender -Email to noreply@jotform.com 

     

    Also, please add Jotmails IP ADDRESSES to your whitelist (or ask your service provider to do it for you)
