Form email was received without info filled out.

    Hello,

     

    We received a form that was not filled out completely, but the questions that need answers before it can be sent were sent anyway. I checked the website and the website as I created, everything seemed in place so we are a little baffled by how it got sent.

    Basically the person filling out this form has to enter all the info for the first 6 boxers before it be sent but we got an email with the information not completely filled out.

    The screen shot shows the form that was sent with just partial information filled in.

    Can you please try first adding a new Notification Email on your form  https://www.jotform.us/form/70594277806163

    The test submit your form to check if all data/info in the form were included in the Email.

    Let us know if issue persist.
