Hi,
I have a hidden field on my form. I am successfully submitting info to this field, as you can see in my screenshot that shows my successful submission of "123" into the "campaign" field. In my email notification for the Jotform "Guardian - News and Updates" I have the merge tag {campaign} in the email, but it will not insert whatever is in my campaign field, such as "123" in this example.
Campaign continues to show up empty in the notification email.
Thanks,
Kayla

I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/70613746872462) and I was able to replicate the issue. I also did not receive the value for the Campaign Field in the email notification.
As per checking the form, I noticed that the Campaign field is hidden. To be able to receive the data in this field in the email notification, please disable the Hide Empty Fields from the email notification settings.
To navigate, please go to Settings > Emails > Edit Notification > Advance > then disable the Hide Empty Fields.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
