How do I remove the "Create a Jotform" from my forms?

    I want to upgrade but I need to know that the "Create a Free JotForm" will be removed from my forms.

    When you upgrade your account to any Paid Plans, that's the only time you can remove this JotForm footer in your forms. Please visit My Accounts Settings and uncheck the JotForm Footer to disable the JotForm Footer.
