How can we prevent accidental multiple submissions?

    Hi,

    One email address (hotmail) keeps sending emails with one of our forms. The customer only filled in her name and address once but the system keeps sending us and her e-mails.

    How can we stop this?

    I have examined the submissions and the email activity, and I noticed that these submissions didn't happen at the same time, instead they occurred over a relatively longer period, which makes the cause to be most likely a refreshing of the browser where the submission was filled, resulting in additional submissions with the same data to be sent again.

    To prevent users from accidentally resubmitting their data in the future, please consider adding a captcha field to the form. I recommend using the Google reCAPTCHA: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/google_recaptcha
