The problem is not because of internet connectivity as I am able to access other pages. Even the forms on Jotform are being accessible, except that I'm unable to unshare one form in particular.

I just tested sharing and unsharing the form and it worked fine. Could you please try Clearing the Browser's cache and then unsharing the form?
If the issue persists please let us know.
