Email notification showing wrong image

Hello,

I took an old form and rebuilt it with a new image. the form looks fine from the site, but when I get a submission emailed to me, it has the first image that I used and deleted.  How can I get the new image to show on my emailed submissions?

I can't seem to get a screen shot of it. But the original image says "Sozo Training" and it emails me the correct info from the questions, but "kingdom culture" image.

It looks like that you have added a new email notification and it has a correct image.

Now you can remove the duplicate email notification with the old image.
