How can I get this form to work!?

This form is not working!!!!

I get to the payment summary, and it just says "please wait".

 

It won't let me proceed to pay.

I tested your form and I was able to replicate the problem, but I'm still looking into the cause of it. Since page break and Preview before submit widget shouldn't work like that.

Please allow me some time to test this problem more and I'll get back to you once I found the solution.

I added one collapse field to the form right before the submit button and Preview widget:

And made it open and hidden:

And it worked as expected:
