I am out of space and can not use my form.
I have deleted all of my history / submissions.
How can I clear everything out so I have more room?

Free users are allowed to process 10 payments per calendar month, the above indicated form have already processed 10 payments, that is why it is disabled.
In order to activate the form, you may consider either to upgrade the account to a paid subscription or to wait until the first day of the next month that counter is reset.
