1006 error on my carrerbuilder and I don't know why.

Won't let me onto the website and the 1006 error pops up. 

I could not locate any embedded jotform in your site. Could you share the exact URL of the webpage where your jotform is embedded. Also, on regards of the error you are getting, does it happen when loading your webpage?
