I need the totals to graph with headings from each section.

Next problem, I'd like the results to print in a snazzy, colored bar graph to show the level of dysfunction in each section. Currently, when I test the form and look at the results in the "chart" option it shows the questions individually. I need the totals to graph with headings from each section. Does that make sense? So section 1 would say "Gastric Function" and let's say the clients total for that section is 52. That would be in the "red" zone so high dysfunction. The next section would be titled "GI Inflammation" and the clients total is 8 putting function in the "green zone", good function. Is there a way to do this?

I understand that you want to create a graph based on the headings from each section. But I'm afraid that this would not be achievable using the Visual Report Builder since you can only create a chart for every question.

I have also tried to re-create the question in your form using the Input Table. I tried to create one matrix field for the one section ex. (Section A: Gastric Function), however, the result is still having one question per chart in the Visual Builder.

How to Perform Form Calculation in the Matrix Field?

So there is no way to graph the "calculated" results?

Probably the easier way would be to integrate your form with Spreadsheet and create a chart there since you can specify the cells you would like to use to create the chart.

Hope that could work for you.
