We also need them to agree to our contracts terms as a vendor on our site. Is there a way to have an "I Agree" button that also sends some form of a confirmation email to our company to store on file?

You seems to be using "Terms & Conditions" widget which links to external webpage URL. If you need to add the terms & condition content within the form, you may like to take a look at our "Short Scrollable Terms" widget which should help you achieve your requirement.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

Thanks, I'll give that widget a try for the terms.

What about getting confirmation to store on file for vendors that click to "Agree" ?

You cannot receive an email once the Agree button is clicked. However, we automatically add an email notification to each form. It means that you will receive a submission email upon a form submission. You can submit a test form entry to see this in action.
