Why am I being asked to upgrade?

    Hi why am I being asked to upgrade for exceeding my limit? As you can see I have had only 6 enquiries through jotform and 3 that I did myself to see if it was working so that is a total of 9 this month, no where near the 1000 that you say are free. I am now being told my Jotform account will be disabled if I don't upgrade can you please confirm this is a mistake?

    You have exceeded the Form views limit which is 1000 per month.
    The limit gets rest on 1st of Every Month (EST time) Please wait till that time or Upgrade the plan.
