I am very confused about this, you are saying there has been over 1000 views but only 9 people have used the Jotform to send enquires to my website. I don't understand the views, can you please explain.

I have answered 6 enquiries (3 were tests) and no one has booked so I have not made any money this month now I need to upgrade?

Jotform hasvonly just been added to my website, previously I have never paid for enquiries so i am very confused how this works?

Form views are views on your form. This means when your form is visited, whether it is filled or not, it constitutes one form view. So this may mean that there probably is a huge number of people who visited your page which they were also able to view your form.

What I would recommend is to just provide a link to the form instead if you are worried about form view counts.

Right now, you do not need to upgrade as the renewal for the account usage statistics for users are about to start. And to just ensure, I restarted yours.

If you have additional questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.
