How come my form all of a sudden became disabled ?

    I am about to launch my form and send it to customers but all of a sudden it is saying my form is disabled and unable to be found according to the link. Also, I am unable to preview even after I edit it. So it is still there for editing, just cant do anything else afterwards. Please help me asap.

    Hi, 

    Your account has been auto-suspended by our system due to suspected phishing activity, I checked your forms, and in one of your forms (All Thins Snacks & Treats Workshop), you are asking for a password explicitly in a plain text field, which violates our terms of use. As it is not allowed to collect sensitive information such as passwords and credit card details without using one of our payment processor integrations. 

     

    If you're not asking for a password, I suggest re-naming it to something else other than password (code or key for example), to avoid getting auto-suspended by our system. 


    I have re-activated your account now, but please remove those fields ASAP, and make the required edits to comply with our terms of use.

    Hi, i've the same problem of  foodintuition1.

    i've already provide to remove the password field.
