Is there any app / widget through which I can record of video ?

I want to share my form with potential candidates coming for an interview and for that purpose want to have a video recording app. 

Is it possible to record a video ?

Hi, my query is different. I want to have potential candidates coming for interview, to be able to record their own personal (selfie) videos and share those with me through the form.

The form should be like

I am not sure, if I understand your requirement completely.

We have a lot of widgets that can allow you to record and upload videos to famous website, you can find the available ones here: http://widgets.jotform.com/category/video.

From your case, I would suggest this widget livestream. This will all allow live streaming videos from Livestream.

My query is still not answered. Can you go through this app - TalView - I am looking at something like this.

Unfortunately, we don't have such feature on our widget list at the moment, we have Take Photo widget, which would allow you to take photos directly from your webcam into your form. But we don't have any video recording widget.
