All data from my form has disappeared.

    When I went to print a final listing this morning.  All the data IS MISSING!   I downloaded on 4/28 and it was fine.

    Can you restore the data as of 4/28?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form's submission page and no data is being displayed. Have you deleted the submissions? I also checked your account history, and do not see any logs that submissions form this form was deleted.

    Are you sure you are looking at the right form? It seems you have another form #63388566125161 in your account with similar name "2017 OLLI Spring Luncheon". This form actually has 147 submissions.

    Please take a look at form #63388566125161 and see if this is the form you has submissions. Do get back to us if your form #70441023508142  has submission and is now missing, we will report it to our backend team.
