I created a new form and embedded it on our site, and noticed that there is a Jotform Ad Banner at the bottom. When I looked up the ad, it was stated that the ad should only show if a free account is being used. We have a paid account (Bronze), and the ad is showing up when we use the embed code. The page the form is on is not live and currently set to be a draft on the site. Is there a setting we need to change, or is it something on the back end?

I checked your forms and none of them were showing the banner. If you are using your forms source code, you would need to update to the newest code to remove the banner if you recently subscribed.
If the banner is still showing in the live version of your embedded form, let us know the URL of your page when its published and we will take a look.
