Our submissions are not being emailed to us everytime

It looks like the recipient email was in our bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Please make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Also, whitelist our domain names and sendin IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
