    I have reached my limit of submissions?

    Hello

    I upgraded my account yesterday and I am now trying to sent time sheets to employers to check and confirm but it is telling me that I have reached my limit of submissions.  Please advice why I am getting this.

    Your account has been successfully upgraded to the Storage plan, which allows you to store as many submissions as you want to.

    On regards of the amount of submissions you can receive per month, that limit is 100. I can see you have received 1 submission on May. Please note that the submissions limit counters reset the first day of each month.

    I am trying to resend it to a client to check and confirm and I am getting the above message, so I cant resend it to them.     Hi there,

    Can you please try to log out from your account, restart the browser and re-login to your account then try to sent again?

    As per checking your account you are now in Storage Plan, it means that you have the limit of 100 submissions per month.

    If the issue still persists, please let us know.
